HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager who can lead the human resources function, build a strong workplace culture, and support business growth through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations and act as a bridge between management and employees. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes Manage employee performance, appraisals, and feedback systems Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company guidelines Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling Design and execute training & development programs Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation Build a positive work culture and improve employee engagement Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in startup / fast-growing organization is a plus
