Job Description
We are looking for a high-performance HR Manager who can build, train and lead a disciplined hospitality team.
This role blends Recruitment + Training + HR Systems + Sales Impact into one powerful position.

π₯ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
End-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing & onboarding
Build a strong, disciplined & service-oriented team
Maintain manpower planning as per business needs
π Training & Staff Development
Design & conduct onboarding training programs
Daily/weekly training for service, kitchen & support staff
Develop staff skills in guest handling, upselling & service excellence
π SOP Development & Implementation
Create SOPs for all departments (Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Cash)
Ensure strict SOP implementation through audits & checklists
Monitor daily operations for system compliance
πΌ HR Operations & Compliance
Manage attendance, payroll & salary processing
Handle ESI, PF & labour law compliance
Maintain employee records & documentation
π Grooming & Discipline Management
Implement staff grooming standards (uniform, hygiene, behavior)
Conduct regular grooming audits & feedback sessions
Maintain discipline & professional work culture
π Sales & Performance Contribution
Train staff in upselling & customer engagement
Improve guest experience to increase repeat visits
Support management in achieving daily sales targets
π Guest Communication & Call Handling
Handle inbound calls (booking, inquiries, feedback)
Ensure professional communication & service tone
Manage guest complaints & resolution process
