• Prepare North Indian & dhaba-style pure veg food
• Handle sabzi, dal, gravy, tawa & bulk cooking
• Maintain same taste and quality every day
• Fast cooking during rush hours
• Follow hygiene, cleanliness & kitchen discipline
• Control wastage and follow owner recipes
Job Requirements
• Indian dhaba/restaurant cooking experience required
• Speed, consistency & responsibility is must
• Honest, disciplined & long-term working mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
