IT Executive

We are looking for a IT Executive to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

*Troubleshoot issues related to headsets, audio devices, and video conferencing tools.

*Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, Gmail, and basic application problems.

*Manage and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, internet access, and routing issues.

*Support and maintain network devices such as switches and routers (basic level).

*Monitor and maintain UPS, power backup, and generator systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

*Coordinate with vendors or facility teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Install, configure, and update software and hardware as per company standards

*Maintain IT asset inventory and update support documentation regularly.

*Provide prompt technical support to call center agents to minimize downtime.

*Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, including DVR/NVR configurations, camera connectivity, and storage management.
