Job Description:We are looking for a smart, presentable and professional Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Guest check-in and check-out handling
✔ Handling guest inquiries and phone calls
✔ Managing bookings and reservations
✔ Maintaining guest records and front desk data
✔ Coordination with housekeeping and management team
