Admission Counsellor

Admission-360 is a student-focused education consultancy that helps students choose the right colleges and universities based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget. We work closely with reputed universities across India to guide students through the admission and application process.

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-centric Admission Counsellors who can guide students through the admission process, explain courses and universities, and convert student enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsiblity

• Counsel students and parents about courses, universities, eligibility, and admission procedures
• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to admissions
• Explain application forms, fees, scholarships, and deadlines
• Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with university admission teams when required
• Provide end-to-end support till application submission and confirmation

Required-Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with calling, counselling, and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of admissions, education sector, or sales is a plus
• Willingness to work with targets
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Experience in education counselling / telecalling / sales

• Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
