Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and confident admission counselor to guide students and parents through the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of educational programs, and the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about academic programs, schools, and admission procedures.
• Handle telephonic and online inquiries effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of prospective lead interactions and follow-ups.
• Guide students through application and admission formalities.
• Stay updated about the latest trends in education and competitive exams (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Hindi preferred).
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service.
• Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
