• 100% on-time delivery of assigned milestones.
• Effective management of "Scope Creep" to prevent delays.

3. UI/UX and User Experience Optimization

• KRA: Implement UI/UX designs that ensure high user engagement, intuitive navigation, and responsiveness across different devices.
• KPIs:
• Achieve an app load time of under 3 seconds.
• User feedback rating of >4.0 on app stores (if applicable).
• Screen flow efficiency (minimum clicks to reach core features).

4. Technical Performance & Stability

• KRA: Monitor and optimize app performance, reducing crashes and improving responsiveness.
• KPIs:
• Crash-free user rate of >99%.
• Optimized battery and memory usage.
• Successful resolution of API bottlenecks within 24 hours.

5. Deployment & Technical Support

• KRA: Manage the deployment process on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including compliance with platform policies.
• KPIs:
• Successful app submission without rejection.
• 100% adherence to app store guidelines.
• Post-launch maintenance and quick bug fixing.

6. Team Collaboration & Communication

• KRA: Collaborate with designers and stake holders to define requirements and provide technical solutions.
• KPIs:
• Active participation in daily stand-up/Agile meetings.
• Clear and timely documentation of technical requirements.

7. Innovation & Technology Upgradation

• KRA: Stay updated with the latest mobile trends, frameworks, and technologies to improve app quality.
• KPIs:
• Implementation of at least one new feature or tech improvement that enhances app performance every quarter.

Based on the local market, the developer should ideally possess:

• Skills: Proficiency in React Native/Flutter (Cross-platform) or Kotlin/Swift (Native).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in mobile app development.
• Education: B.Tech/BCA in Computer Science or related fields.
• Location: Willingness to work from the office in Dehradun (WFO).
