Back Office Executive

Key responsibilities involve record keeping, data entry, coordinating between departments, managing invoices and receipts, Customer Calling, Lead Generation and providing customer support. 

Key responsibilities

• Administrative and Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling appointments. 
• Provide support to other departments to ensure a seamless workflow. 
• Manage and organize physical and electronic files. 
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and update data, including financial and customer records. 
• Create and maintain databases and generate reports. 
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operations. 
• Answer phone calls and manage professional correspondence via email. 
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: Graduate 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Experience with office software and potentially CRM platforms. 
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
• Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or support role is often beneficial.
