We are seeking a motivated Assistant Chef – Gelato Production with a pastry or bakery background who is eager to learn the art and science of premium gelato production. This role involves assisting in daily gelato making, preparation of ice cream cakes, and supporting new product development in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily production of premium gelato and ice creams
• Prepare and assemble ice cream cakes and specialty frozen desserts
• Support recipe preparation, scaling, mixing, pasteurizing, and churning processes
• Assist with flavor development and seasonal menu innovation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock rotation (FIFO)
• Ensure consistency, texture, and presentation meet brand standards
• Support packaging, labeling, and storage procedures
