Beauty/Skin Therapist & Aesthetician (with Reception Duties)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacials, and non-invasive skin therapies under dermatologist supervision.

• Conduct skin analyses, consultations, and product recommendations to enhance client results.

• Manage reception duties: greet clients, schedule appointments, handle payments, and maintain accurate records using clinic software.

• Ensure clinic hygiene, sterilize equipment, and prepare treatment rooms to uphold medical standards.

• Assist with inventory management for skincare products and treatment supplies.

• Promote add-on services and loyalty programs to drive client retention and revenue.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology from a recognized institute.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a clinic/spa setting, with knowledge of dermatology procedures.

• Proficiency in reception tasks, basic computer skills (e.g., scheduling software, MS Office), and excellent English/Hindi communication.

• Certification in CPR/first aid preferred; familiarity with laser/IPL devices a plus.

• Positive, client-focused attitude with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
