Job Description
Job Description: Telecaller Counsellor Female Only As a Telecaller Counsellor, your main responsibility will be to interact with potential clients or customers over the phone and provide guidance, support, and information regarding the products or services offered by your organization. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and promoting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients. Introduce and explain the products or services offered by your organization. Provide accurate and detailed information about the products or services to customers. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Maintain a database of customer interactions, including calls made and outcomes. Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met and offer additional support if required. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and conversions. Qualifications: Education: Graduation in any discipline. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in the local language(s) and fluent in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns. Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems. Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
