Branch Relationship Executive

Profile :- Business Development Representative_ Credit Card

Job Role:-

• Promote credit cards to new customers (field sales / telecalling / mall kiosks / corporate visits—depends on assignment)
• Identify potential customers and explain card features, benefits, and offers
• Generate leads and convert them into approved credit card applications
• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)
• Coordinate with the internal credit/operations team for approvals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer data and follow up until card issuance
• Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products
• Customer-handling ability

Graduate (varies by location)

• Freshers often welcome; experience in sales is a plus
