Business Development Executive

Sankalp Coaching Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support student admissions, school outreach, and institute growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student & parent inquiries (calls, walk-ins, leads)

• Counsel students for JEE / NEET / Foundation programs
• Coordinate school visits & promotional activities
• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain daily call and admission reports
• Support marketing and branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, or education sector preferred
• Freshers can apply (training provided)
