Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive marketing and sales initiatives for education abroad programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. They should be passionate about international education and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:

Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote education abroad programs.

Conduct market research to identify target demographics and market trends.

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.


Sales and Enrolment:

Generate leads and inquiries through effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.

Guide potential students through the enrolment process and provide assistance with application procedures.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Coordinate with partner institutions and agencies to enhance marketing and recruitment efforts.

 

Events and Networking:

Represent the organization at international education fairs, conferences, and networking events.

Organize and host information sessions and webinars to engage with prospective students and stakeholders.

Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance metrics.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad programs is a plus.

Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
