Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the agency's presence in the market.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

4. Create and present pitches, proposals, and sales materials to clients and stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

6. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact business development efforts.

8. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies affecting the overseas recruitment industry.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve agency goals.

2. Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

3. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of the overseas manpower recruitment industry (or similar sectors).

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
