Job Description
- Key Responsibilities-
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new business prospects via cold calling, field visits, and LinkedIn And others.
- Client Meetings: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to convert leads into long-term partners.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up with existing leads to ensure high conversion.
- Reporting: Update daily sales activities in the CRM/Sales tracker.
- ### Requirements
- Experience: 1 years with great communication.
- Education: Graduate in any stream .
- Skills: Strong Hindi & English communication, Negotiation, and Persistence.
- Must-Have: Own a two-wheeler and a valid Driving License (for field roles).
- Mindset: Target-driven and comfortable with outdoor meetings.
- Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based monthly bonuses (uncapped).
- Allowances: Weekly Petrol/Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement.
- Growth: Clear path to Senior BDE/Team Lead within 12–18 months.
