Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities-
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new business prospects via cold calling, field visits, and LinkedIn And others.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to convert leads into long-term partners.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up with existing leads to ensure high conversion.
  • Reporting: Update daily sales activities in the CRM/Sales tracker.
  • ### Requirements
  • Experience: 1 years with great communication.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream .
  • Skills: Strong Hindi & English communication, Negotiation, and Persistence.
  • Must-Have: Own a two-wheeler and a valid Driving License (for field roles).
  • Mindset: Target-driven and comfortable with outdoor meetings.
  • Salary & Benefits
  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based monthly bonuses (uncapped).
  • Allowances: Weekly Petrol/Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement.
  • Growth: Clear path to Senior BDE/Team Lead within 12–18 months.
