Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a driven, empathetic Business Development Executive to help fuel our company's growth! What You’ll Do

• Drive New Business: Hunt for new clients through networking events, direct outreach, and teaming up with our marketing department.
• Nurture Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with current clients to keep them happy and engaged with our brand.
• Pitch & Close Deals: Draft compelling business proposals, suggest valuable product upgrades, and negotiate contracts.
• Be a Product Expert: Know our offerings inside and out so you can perfectly match them to a client's specific needs.
• Mentor the Team: Share your expertise by training and guiding staff to improve their sales and social skills.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on market trends and listen closely to client feedback to help us constantly improve.
