Position: Site Engineer- Property Valuation

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering

 Other Mandatory requirement

- Valid bike license

- Personal Two Wheeler (mandatory)

Experience

Local residents or working experience in Dehradun or Rishikesh location

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits for property valuations, ensuring thorough inspections and accurate data collection.

- Coordinate with property owners, builders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.

- Capture detailed photographs and measurements of the properties.

- Prepare initial site visit reports and provide necessary data to the report drafting team.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during site visits.

- Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure seamless data transfer.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to property valuation.

Skills and Requirements:

- Strong understanding of property valuation processes.

- Excellent analytical and observational skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using measurement tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits

Salary

Fixed Salary + conveyance reimbursement + incentives
