Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Manager based in Dehradun. The Content Manager will oversee content creation across platforms, develop and execute content strategies, ensure alignment with company goals, and manage a team of content creators. The role involves planning, editing, and publishing content, coordinating with different departments, and analyzing performance metrics to refine content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and manage website articles and long-form content.
2. Develop product-related content, including descriptions, visuals, and marketing copy, using AI.
3. Create high-quality AI-generated images for products and promotional use.
4. Plan and email marketing campaigns.
5. Identify and manage blogger, influencer, and media outreach initiatives.
6. Manage social media platforms, including posting, engagement, and growth.
7. Develop social media content calendars and creative content ideas.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.
9. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Content Strategy, Content Creation, and Content Management.
• Proficiency in Editing, Proofreading, and Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO strategies (optional).
• Familiarity with Research and Analytics to measure content performance.
• Strong Leadership and Project Management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the gaming & home decor industry is preferred.
