Continental Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, salads, sauces).
• Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Help in plating and presentation of dishes.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Support the team during busy service hours.
• Requirements & SkillsBasic knowledge of continental cuisine.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred (0–2 years for junior roles).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Culinary diploma or training (preferred but not mandatory).
