A crew Head / Member work in the kitchen to help preparing food and at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process. The Crew Head job duties include operating a cash register, running the drive-thru, cooking special items and other menu items, cleaning the restaurant, and completing other assigned. He will supervise all Crew Members to deliver the best service to our customer on time. He will insure the all crew members are know the SOP of the company to serve the food and beverages with there right Temp. Skills:- 1 Crew Head / Member should be excellent in Customer handling skill with all customer queries and have strong communication skills, tact's and diplomacy. He have very good command over the recipe according to the company SOP's and ability to understand the customer requirements and upselling skill. 2. Cleans and organizes work restaurant area as needed. 3.Engages with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service and products offered. 4.Promotes specials, sales, and new products or services when relevant. 5.Orders supplies and products when stock runs low.
