Customer Care Executive

iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd is 15 years old company having it's presence in 12 cities across PAN India with over 4000 employees.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive who can understand customer's quarries and help them with best possible solutions as per process norms and the process training.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solving customers quarries on call.
• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs.
• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
• Maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
• Create a report on customer preferences, trends

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0 - 3 years of experience in customer service role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
