Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Location: As per assigned territory

Job Purpose:


To manage customer relationships, ensure service excellence, drive customer satisfaction, and support sales and retention objectives within the assigned area.


Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Promote Airtel products and services (Mobile, Broadband, DTH, etc.).

Support customer retention and reduce churn.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Billing) for issue resolution.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Meet assigned customer service and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of telecom products and services preferred.

Customer handling experience (1–3 years preferred).
