Service Executive – Modular Kitchen

Location: GMS ROAD DEHRADUN

Department: Customer Service / After-Sales

Reports To: Service Manager / Operations Head


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Executive to handle after-sales support and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues for our modular kitchen clients. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of modular kitchen fittings, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients post-installation for service-related requests or complaints.

Conduct site visits for service calls, inspections, and minor repairs as needed.

Understand and resolve client issues related to hardware fittings, shutters, panels, etc.

Maintain service reports, records, and update CRM or internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Installation) for resolving escalated issues.

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction are met.

Provide feedback to improve product quality and service processes.

Assist in warranty management and replacement coordination.


Key Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in service or after-sales support, preferably in modular furniture/kitchen industry.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of modular kitchen hardware and fittings (e.g., Hettich, Hafele).


Skills:


Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Time management and multitasking


Basic computer proficiency


Preferred Qualities:

Experience with CRM tools or service management software

Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
