We are hiring for Agent - International Voice Process

Job Location: Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.

2. Issue Resolution:

- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

3. Performance Metrics:

- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance benchmarks.

- Participate in training sessions and coaching to improve performance.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members and share best practices.

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support team goals.

Qualifications: Intermediate, diploma or equivalent. A degree in any discipline is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international BPO voice process / Freshers are also welcomed with good communication skills.

- Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
