Job Title: Delivery Executive / Delivery Boy
Responsibilities:
Pick up orders from store/warehouse on time
Deliver items safely to customers
Verify order details and collect cash/OTP if required
Use mobile app for order updates and navigation
Maintain delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
Handle basic customer queries politely
Take care of delivery vehicle and follow traffic rules
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pas
(2-wheeler)
Own bike/scooter (in most cases)
Android smartphone with internet
Basic knowledge of local routes
Good communication and punctuality
