Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-focused, conversion-obsessed, and comfortable managing ad budgets with clear ROI goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads)
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Write and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
• Monitor daily performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Optimize bids, budgets, and quality scores
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
• Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with insights
• Scale winning campaigns and pause low-performing ads
• Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams for funnel alignment
• Required SkillsHands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation & eCommerce ads
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• A/B testing mindset for ads and landing pages
• Budget handling and ROI-focused optimization
• Good analytical and reporting skills
