Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across key platforms. This role is ideal for a strong mid-level performer who understands both strategy and execution and can drive measurable growth.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.

Tracking & Analytics

• Implement and manage GA4, GTM, pixel tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Use data to improve campaign efficiency and budget allocation.

Creative Campaign Development

• Conceptualize engaging and differentiated campaign ideas.
• Develop compelling ad copy and coordinate creative assets.
• Apply customer psychology to improve engagement and conversion.

SEO & Organic Support

• Execute on-page SEO best practices.
• Support keyword research and content optimization efforts.

AI & Productivity Tools

• Use AI tools to improve research, copywriting, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline repetitive marketing tasks.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and performance optimization.
• Creative thinker with practical execution skills.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating results (mandatory).
