Field Sales Executive

Job Title: XFE (Executive – Field Executive)

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and customer acquisition for Airtel products and services within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire new customers for Airtel services (Broadband, DTH).

* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

* Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities and door-to-door sales.

* Provide timely reports and updates to the reporting manager (TSM).

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

* 1–6 years of experience in field sales (telecom experience preferred).

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.

* Bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.

* Age limit: Up to 30 years.

Salary:

Up to ₹16,500 per month.
