Field Sales Executive

About the Company

Pacific Business Solutions is a fast-growing provider of industrial printing solutions, including thermal inkjet printers, coding systems, and marking technologies for SMEs and manufacturing businesses across India.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, and online platforms
• Pitch and sell industrial printers (TIJ printers, handheld printers, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations when required
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with service/technical team for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred (BBA/MBA is a plus)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of sales or willingness to learn
• Comfortable with field sales (if required)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Skills Preferred:

• Lead generation & conversion
• Client handling
• Product pitching
• Basic MS Excel / CRM usage 

(Note: Candidates from Noida/Uttrakhand will be preferred)
