Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our beverage sales in Dehradun. The role focuses on driving both primary sales (distributor-level) and secondary sales (retail-level), ensuring strong market presence and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage distributor relationships to drive primary sales

Expand retail footprint through onboarding and servicing outlets for secondary sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both channels

Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and visibility campaigns

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of experience in beverage or FMCG sales

Proven track record in managing primary and secondary sales

Strong network in Dehradun’s,Rishikesh and Haridwar retail and hospitality sectors

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Willingness to travel locally; own vehicle preferred
