Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Interpret design briefs and understand project requirements

Plan and manage design projects within timelines and budget constraints

Conceptualize and develop creative visuals based on marketing and branding needs

Create illustrations, logos, layouts, banners, social media creatives, and other visual assets

Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to internal stakeholders

Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and creative leadership

Ensure appropriate use of colors, typography, and layouts across all designs

Review and test graphics across various media formats

Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet expectations

Ensure final outputs are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva

Basic knowledge of tools like Dreamweaver is an added advantage

Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, color theory, and typography

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
