Guest Relation Executive

We’re hiring a Guest Relation Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage smooth front office operations across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest check-ins & check-outs
Handle guest queries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
Ensure documentation & compliance records
Support F&B service and inventory management
Assist with basic billing, reports & petty cash
Act as property in-charge in the absence of the Property Manager
Travel across goSTOPS locations when required
Requirements
Final-year/Graduate in Hotel Management (preferred)
Minimum 6 months hospitality experience
Strong communication skills & guest-first attitude
Flexible and willing to travel
