Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to manage the kitchen operations of a corporate cafeteria. The candidate should be experienced in preparing North Indian meals in bulk, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare North Indian meals (Dal, Sabzi, Rajma, Chole, etc.) for corporate lunch and dinner.

Prepare breakfast and snack items such as parathas, poha, pakoras, sandwiches, etc.

Ensure timely food preparation and consistent taste.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Manage inventory and ingredient stock.

Supervise kitchen helper(s) and kitchen workflow.

Experience in banquet kitchens, cafeterias, or cloud kitchens preferred.
