HR Executive

We are looking for an MBA Graduate who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The candidate will be responsible for supporting HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in maintaining positive employee relations and addressing employee queries.
• Handle and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• MBA Graduate (HR or related field).
• Eager to learn and develop in HR functions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
