1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial screening & schedule interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Manage on boarding and joining formalities

2. Employee Management

• Maintain attendance, leave records and staff discipline
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

3. Training & Development

• Organize training sessions, workshops and orientation programs
• Track employee performance and share feedback with management

4. HR Operations

• Maintain employee files and documentation
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, company policies and HR notices
• Ensure compliance with company policies

5. Culture & Engagement

• Plan team‑building activities and events
• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment
