We are looking for an International BPO Executive with 2–4 years of experience to handle inquiry calls and emails from US clients, understand their business needs, and recommend the right website and branding solutions from our service portfolio.

Position: International BPO Executive

Location: Dehradun | Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Attend inbound inquiries and calls from US-based clients professionally and promptly.

·      Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services (websites, digital branding, etc.).

·      Maintain and update client details in the CRM system.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of services.

·       Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.

·      Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management.

·       Report daily/weekly sales activities to the sales manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      2–4 years of experience in international

sales / inside sales / client handling.

·   Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or

similar).

·      Confident on calls with international clients.

·      Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

·      Prior experience in website / IT / digital marketing sales will be an added advantage.
