Liasioning & Stakeholder Management Lead

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder communications related to the Kedarnath ropeway project.
  • Facilitate approvals, permits, and clearances required for project development and operations.
  • Address and resolve stakeholder concerns, ensuring alignment with Adani Ropeways’ operational and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with international safety standards and eco-friendly practices.
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities, providing actionable insights to the BU Head Ropeways.
  • Support initiatives aimed at boosting tourism and local economic development through effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
  • Represent Adani Ropeways in public forums, community meetings, and government discussions to advocate for the project’s benefits and objectives.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones and developments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience of 10-15 years in liasioning and stakeholder management roles, preferably in infrastructure or transportation projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling government relations, community engagement, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and stakeholder communication strategies.
 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Management or equivalent specialization is preferred.
 

Years & Type of Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in stakeholder management, liasioning, or related roles within infrastructure or transportation sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in managing stakeholder relationships in high-altitude or challenging terrains is highly desirable.
 

Domain Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of stakeholder engagement strategies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with eco-friendly transportation solutions and their impact on local communities.
  • Experience in navigating government regulations and obtaining project approvals in India.
 

Digital & Operational Tools

  • Proficiency in stakeholder management platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools for monitoring stakeholder engagement metrics.
