Job description :

* Candidates will be responsible for recruiting a high-performing team of Insurance consultants from their social and professional networks to consistently exceed goals, drive revenue and expand the market.  
* Candidates will need to give a minimum of Rs 1,00,000 business to the company from their own references & contacts. 
 
Who can Apply? 
1. Only candidates who have a wide network of personal contacts with CA's, HNI clients, Businessmen, Entrepreneurs, Government employees, etc., and who can achieve a minimum of 1,00,000 business target. 
2. Candidates who have wide networks & experience in sales (B2C or B2B particularly), and have good personal networks with good clients.
3. Candidates who have good communication skills & have the ability to convince others. 
4. Bajaj is looking for serious persons who want to build a career in the Insurance sector. 
5. This opportunity is for both working & non -working professionals. 
6. Anyone who is interested and can give a minimum 1Lakh business from their contacts can apply. 

The process to Join Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (BALIC) is given below. Complete Onboarding process:

1.  Telephonic Interview conducted by  ASM (Area Sales Manager) -  After shortlisting
2.  Documentation process, candidates here need to submit the documents required for registration in BALIC or can submit it directly on the company link provided by ASM.
3.  After Approval from the company, candidates need to pay exam fees for IRDA,
Note: To become an Insurance consultant one needs to pass the exam conducted by IRDA. Bajaj will provide free online training for exam preparation & product knowledge. 
4. After paying the exam fees which is Rs 585, candidates need to upload the documents on the same Bajaj link provided by ASM or can submit these documents to ASM.
5. Online Group Interaction of all shortlisted candidates with  ASM & Chief Manager.
5. After then 5 -7 days of online training will be conducted by the company.  
6. Give the exam at your nearest exam center.
7. After qualifying for the exam, candidates will be provided a Job Appointment letter.

B.	Goal Sheet
C.	Monthly Performance Incentive (MPI)

Annual Income will be between 3.6 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs.
