The process to Join Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (BALIC) is given below. Complete Onboarding process: 1. Telephonic Interview conducted by ASM (Area Sales Manager) - After shortlisting 2. Documentation process, candidates here need to submit the documents required for registration in BALIC or can submit it directly on the company link provided by ASM. 3. After Approval from the company, candidates need to pay exam fees for IRDA, Note: To become an Insurance consultant one needs to pass the exam conducted by IRDA. Bajaj will provide free online training for exam preparation & product knowledge. 4. After paying the exam fees which is Rs 585, candidates need to upload the documents on the same Bajaj link provided by ASM or can submit these documents to ASM. 5. Online Group Interaction of all shortlisted candidates with ASM & Chief Manager. 5. After then 5 -7 days of online training will be conducted by the company. 6. Give the exam at your nearest exam center. 7. After qualifying for the exam, candidates will be provided a Job Appointment letter. Incentives: : IC Compensation – Life Insurance Consultant Insurance consultant – Compensation comprises of following sections & subsections: A. Insurance Consultant - Basic Pay Incentives B. Goal Sheet C. Monthly Performance Incentive (MPI) D. Distribution Build -up Incentive (DBI) E. H1/H2 Incentive F. Goal- sheet Performance Incentive (GPI) G. Persistency Incentive H.
