Job Description
Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing Manager – Global Podcast & Leadership Outreach
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly proactive and execution-driven LinkedIn Marketing Manager responsible for building high-level global relationships, booking podcast guests, and positioning our brand in front of industry leaders worldwide.
This role requires strategic outreach, professional communication, and consistent daily execution.
Work Requirements• Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Office-based role
• Self Laptop: Mandatory
• Strong internet connection and LinkedIn proficiency required
Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Podcast Guest Booking & OutreachObjective: Book high-quality global leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, athletes, and influencers for podcast appearances.
KPI Targets:
• Minimum 30–40 personalized outreach messages per day
• Minimum 5–8 qualified conversations initiated daily
• Minimum 4–6 podcast bookings per month
• Maintain guest pipeline sheet with follow-up tracking
• 48-hour follow-up protocol for all warm leads
Deliverables:
• Weekly outreach report
• Monthly confirmed guest calendar
• Guest briefing notes prepared before recording
2. LinkedIn Growth & Brand PositioningObjective: Build authority and visibility of the brand among global leaders.
KPI Targets:
• 5 strategic posts per week
• 3 authority-driven comments daily on high-profile accounts
• 20–30 new relevant connections per day
• Build relationships, not just connections
Deliverables:
• Content calendar planning
• Engagement tracking sheet
• Monthly follower growth report
• Authority-building collaborations initiated
3. Relationship Management & Global NetworkingObjective: Build long-term professional relationships with global decision-makers.
KPI Targets:
• Maintain database of global leaders contacted
• Identify 50 new potential high-level contacts weekly
• Secure at least 2 collaboration opportunities monthly
• Respond to all LinkedIn DMs within working hours
4. Lead Qualification & Brand RepresentationObjective: Represent the brand professionally while interacting with global personalities.
KPI Targets:
• 100% professional communication
• Zero unstructured or unapproved messaging
• Maintain brand tone and positioning guidelines
• Ensure all podcast guests are aligned with brand values
Deliverables:
• Pre-call guest profiling
• Podcast preparation briefs
• Coordination with internal team for scheduling
Performance MetricsMonthly Performance Will Be Evaluated On:
• Number of outreach messages sent
• Quality of guests booked
• Growth of LinkedIn profile
• Engagement rates
• Collaboration outcomes
• Professionalism & communication quality
• Initiative and problem-solving ability
