Property Manager (City Head)

Hosteasy is a short term rental startup focusing on value for money stays at religious destination.

The city Manager will have following responsibilities:

1. Understanding the Ujjain shortt term rental market.
2. Develop a netwrok of brokers and scout for appropriate properties where STR can operate without any issues from other residents.
3. Rennovating the property to Hosteasy standards
4. Hire cleaning agency/on roll staff.
5. Mantain the property and ensure timely readiness for check-ins.
6. Mantain owner relationships
7. Handling guest escalations and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
8. Mantain 4.80 + rating on Airbnb of the properties managed.
