Position Summary

The Associate is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering superior

customer experience, and contributing to store sales and profitability as per VMart Retail

standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Exceed sales targets by providing expert product guidance and delivering exceptional

customer service that builds long term brand loyalty

 Section housekeeping and maintaining visual merchandising standards

 Oversee fitting room operations to ensure cleanliness, organized merchandise return.

 Assist in stock count and inventory accuracy

 Minimize shrinkage and maintain effective inventory management.

 Collaborate with team members to achieve store KPIs.
