Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the sales team’s daily operations, maintaining communication between customers and the internal team, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The role involves handling calls, preparing reports, following up on quotations, and assisting the Sales Manager in monitoring team performance.Key Responsibilities:Team CoordinationCoordinate daily tasks and schedules of the sales team.Support sales executives in managing client communications and documentation.Track team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned leads or tasks.Customer Follow-up & Relationship ManagementRegularly follow up with existing and potential customers for quotations, payments, and feedback.Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and route them to appropriate team members.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.Sales SupportPrepare quotations, sales reports, and order processing documents.Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, service) to ensure smooth order execution.Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel sheets.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on team performance, follow-ups, and sales status.Track pending quotations, payments, and delivery schedules.Provide feedback and updates to management on customer and team progress.Communication & CoordinationAct as a communication bridge between customers, the sales team, and management.Ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.Organize sales meetings, reviews, and presentations as required.Key Result Areas (KRA):KRAFollow-up EfficiencyCustomer CommunicationSales Team CoordinationSales Support Activities.
