Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and creating potential sales opportunities (leads) for new connections.
- Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Engaging with potential customers through various methods like cold calling, door-to-door knocking, and local brand promotions to convert them into active users.
- Documentation and Order Collection: Guiding customers through the sign-up process, collecting necessary documentation, and processing service orders.
- Building Permissions: Obtaining required permissions from building management or local authorities to install network infrastructure.
- Customer Engagement: Maintaining positive customer relations and addressing initial queries or concerns.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
Typical Requirements:
- Education: Generally 12th pass to graduate level.
- Experience: Often suitable for freshers or those with limited (0-3.5 years) sales experience.
- Mobility: A scooter or bike is often a mandatory requirement due to the field-based nature of the role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
