Sales Manager

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and professional Sales Manager to handle high-value clients for Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, and premium car detailing services. The ideal candidate must have strong client handling skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and proven ability to close high-ticket deals.

This role requires understanding client needs, handling objections, building trust, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming sales inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media leads)
• Consult clients and explain PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing services professionally
• Build trust and guide clients in selecting the right protection package
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested clients and leads
• Convert leads into confirmed high-value service bookings
• Handle client objections confidently and close deals
• Maintain professional relationships with premium clients
• Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Client Handling, and Follow-ups
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales
• Strong client objection handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Professional personality and customer-focused attitude
• Strong follow-up discipline and closing ability
• Experience in automotive industry, luxury products, or premium services preferred
