Job Summary:

Zoic Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our cosmetics distribution network across India. The role involves calling Pan-India leads, developing new distributors/stockists, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth for our product range including shampoos, face washes, serums, and lotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on Pan-India sales data to generate new business opportunities
• Appoint distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in assigned regions
• Promote and sell company cosmetic products to prospective clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing parties and ensure repeat orders
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and schemes to clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel
• Gather market feedback on competitors, pricing, and product demand

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–4 years of experience in telesales, FMCG, pharma, or cosmetics sales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (regional languages a plus)
• Confidence in cold calling and client handling
• Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools)
