Senior Field Sales Executive

• Visit shops and merchants on a daily basis for field sales activities
• Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR and Soundbox
• Explain Paytm products, features, and benefits to merchants
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
• Ensure proper installation and activation of Paytm Soundbox and QR
• Submit daily sales and visit reports to the team leader
• For Group Leaders: Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
