Job Description

Service Manager – Modular Kitchen

Location: Dehradun

Reports To: Operations Head / General Manager


Job SummaryThe Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service, installation quality, and customer satisfaction for modular kitchen projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, site teams, vendors, and the design department to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and resolution of service issues, maintaining the brand’s quality standards.


  1. Key ResponsibilitiesAfter-Sales Service Management
  • Handle all customer service requests and complaints related to modular kitchens.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues within committed timelines.
  • Conduct follow-up visits/calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Installation & Site Coordination
  • Supervise site inspections before and after installation.
  • Coordinate with installers, carpenters, and technicians for smooth execution.
  • Ensure installation meets design specifications and quality standards.
  1. Team Management

  • Lead and train the service/installation team for efficiency and professionalism.
  • Monitor performance and productivity of service staff.
  • Allocate service calls and tasks effectively.
  1. Quality Assurance


  • Inspect materials, fittings, and finishes to maintain premium quality standards.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with the production/design team to resolve them permanently.
  1. Customer Relationship & Feedback


  • Build strong rapport with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collect customer feedback and share with management for service improvement.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain service logs, installation reports, and issue trackers.
  • Prepare monthly service performance reports for management.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of modular kitchen components, installation techniques, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership & team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic interior measurement and site conditions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency.
  • Qualification & ExperienceGraduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in service management or site supervision in modular kitchens/interior projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD drawings will be an added advantage.
  • Work EnvironmentField and office-based role.
  • Requires frequent travel to client sites.
