Solar Technician

Role & Responsibilities:

• Installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted).
• Structure and module mounting, DC/AC cabling, and inverter installation.
• Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks as per project standards.
• Ensuring site safety compliance and proper documentation of daily work progress.
• Coordination with site engineers and maintaining tools and materials efficiently.

Requirements & Benefits:

• 2-wheeler mandatory (for daily site movement).
• Fuel reimbursement provided for official travel.
• Accommodation and food reimbursement for sites outside the Dehradun region (including Roorkee, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Vikasnagar, and Herbertpur).
• PF deduction applicable on basic pay.
• Health insurance and ESIC benefits as per company policy.

A skilled Solar Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. Ensures safe and efficient performance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants through proper wiring, connections, testing, and quality checks. (Fresher and young talent are most welcome to join our energetic team).
